At Wykeham & Co, we’ve been supporting clients with property and legal matters for more than 30 years. Founded by Nick Wykeham in 1990, the firm has grown from a small home office into a trusted local name.

Determined to establish a specialist property firm that worked for individuals and businesses alike, Nick Wykeham drew on his experience in commercial property law in London and Bristol to create Wykeham & Co.
What began as a sole practice has grown steadily over the years into a close-knit, well-respected firm that continues to provide practical, straightforward legal advice to local people and businesses.
Today, Nick works alongside his son-in-law Mark and a friendly, experienced team who share his values, professionalism without pretence, expertise without ego, and a real focus on helping clients feel at ease.

I’ve worked in residential conveyancing since 2001 and joined Wykeham & Co in 2021.
I pride myself with offering an honest, friendly, and approachable service, making sure our clients always feel comfortable asking questions and confident about the process.
Outside of work, I love walking my two miniature dachshunds. They keep life entertaining and give me the perfect excuse to get outside and enjoy some fresh air.

I joined the team just under a year ago and work alongside Sally Davies to help keep everything running smoothly for our clients. Before moving into conveyancing, I worked in digital marketing, so clear communication and staying organised are second nature to me.
Since starting in this role, I’ve really enjoyed learning more about the conveyancing process and being part of a team that supports people through such an important step in their lives.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family — or running around after my two daughters and enjoying the chaos that comes with it.

I joined Wykeham & Co in 2017 and deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing along with some agricultural work. Having lived in Wiltshire for the last fifteen years, I have a thorough knowledge of the area and have established excellent working relationships with local estate agents.
Outside of work, I am a keen sports fan and enjoy spending time with the family exploring the local countryside.

I have worked in residential conveyancing now for over 20 years. I joined Wykeham & Co in 2022 and have a vast knowledge of the Chippenham area having worked and lived in Chippenham for just over 16 years. I am proactive and like to offer a friendly and personal service to my clients to build up a relationship with them so that they feel at ease and fully supported in their property transaction to enable a smooth and successful move. I am supported by my assistant Dawn Humphries and we work very closely together to push our transactions through smoothly and as quickly as possible. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, walking and have been recently going to concerts and reliving my youth!

After some years dealing with commercial property at a leading City of London law firm, I set up Wykeham & Co in 1990 and, after thirty-six years, my intention remains to support a friendly and approachable team of expert conveyancers.
I handle commercial and agricultural property cases, wills and general property advice gained over a long career in the law. I enjoy gardening, sailing and life.
